Our new goats!!!!
The Universe works on it's own time frame….. I decided that I needed to find new homes for my cows and that I missed my goat, Sarah, and wanted another goat. I want to be able to pet and love on barnyards and well Miranda will have none of that. My friend Char just bought a house here in Acton and told me she wanted 2 goats. So I put it out to the universe that I want to find homes for my 2 cows and get a Boer goat… Put it out there and trust…. At agility class last week one of our puppy people, Linda, showed me photos of goats that needed homes. They were rescued by a very cool lady and her family. Susan Clark runs Topanga Animal Rescue
So I called Susan and Char, Daneen and I went to go look at the goats….. I just picked up 8 BEAUTIFUL goats!!! As I was driving down the road smiling with all eight goats SCREAMING in crates behind me all I could think is what a WONDERFUL life I have!!!!!!!!
Here is the link to my cows for sale
I love this photo with the sun on the little goat tails π
OMG they are soooo cute!
They’re pretty cute, Julie! You could practice herding!
Congrats on the new additions, they are gorgeous! I had a goat as a pet when I was a kid, I loved my goat they are the best!
I just did Sue!!!! But I used Zip the BC π
I don’t know all the herding lingo so when 3 of the goats pulled a Miranda and went into the field next door I called for Zip and he came flying into the field where I was and then sent him to go get the 3 wayward goats. I said ” Get around Zip” and he did!!! They all came barreling to me and I yelled EASY!!!! Daneen told me later that I need to say “there”. Ok so now I know for next time π
