Blush had seven beautiful pups on Sat. January 21st. Blush had the first pup at 3:00 in the afternoon and was done by 6:00pm!!!! She is the best mom and she and the pups are doing great!!!!

For the last several years I have been trying to talk my family into having a “Walton’s” Christmas…Well pestering does pay off!!! This Holiday season has been the best ever!!! There has been ZERO stress. My family will be getting together for a tasty yummy dinner and then we will do our traditional Christmas craft… which I always look forward to because we have such a great time bonding and laughing.

I am pleased to announce that at least seven little pups showed on Blush’s ultrasound today!!!!!
The proud sire is Ch. Easy To Spot Whirlaway HIC. The pups should be here January 20th. This will be Blush and Cole’s first litter each.

We are so thrilled that Miriam Stempler has chosen Cole to be the sire of Blush’s first litter. I have been enjoying having this beautiful and spunky little girl around. Cole is a pretty happy boy about the whole thing too!!! She has a great temperament and she has so much style…she is just a flashy little girl. I can’t wait to see these puppies. Puppies should be due early Feb. 2007.

Dakota came over for a puppy play date and really enjoyed the beautiful 80+ degree day with her sisters Aquinnah, Sophie and Auntie Norrah. Dakota, Aquinnah and Brother Chase have started a puppy agility class and are having lots of fun.

…This is what I get to look at as I am working on my computer. aquinnah and Sophie (who is still looking for a home) race around, play tug, jump on the pilates ball and then come and give me the “come on and play with us” look….since I am quite the sucker for a sweet face with doe eyes….I oblige and am on the floor with them fully engrossed in a take no prisoners game of tug. Life is good. Very good.

The pups are 7 weeks old now and will start going to their new homes next week. I have had so much fun with these puppies! They are as sweet as they come. Good job Sydney and Denny! I am just thrilled with this litter!
